Important Reminder: As of today’s date, the NYS Department of Health guidance for “large-scale” venues requires that every participant and attendee must demonstrate one of three things prior to entry: A negative COVID-19 test, vaccination, or proof of recovery from COVID-19. Here is an important May 14, 2021 letter to senior families that explained some of these limitations. Proof of one of these must be provided at the door of the TU Center prior to entry and may include the Empire Pass on your phone.

Any one of the documents below will serve as proof to enter the graduation:

  • The Excelsior Pass on your phone
  • Official vaccination card
  • Printed official lab report of a negative result on a PCR (lab) test taken within 72 hours of graduation - Official lab report of a negative result on a rapid test taken within 6 hours of graduation
  • Letter from your physician on their letterhead stating that you have had and have recovered from COVID in the past 90 days
  • An official letter from RCS stating that you have been administered a rapid test at school
