Meet the members of the RCS Board of Education:
Teddy Reville, President
Reville and his wife, Rebecca (1991 RCS graduate), live in Selkirk and have 3 children who are students of the district, Lauryn, Eddie, and Cody. He is the Vice-President of Performance Industrial, an Industrial cleaning and coatings company in the capital region. He holds an associates degree in business management from SUNY Cobleskill and a bachelors degree in business administration from Clarkson University. He has been active as the director and coach of the RCS youth basketball league, a board member and manager for Hudson Valley Little League, RCS Soccer Club and Bethlehem Tomboys. He and his wife have also been active with the A.W. Becker PTO, Middle School PTO and RCS Sports Association.
Kristin Hill-Burns, Vice President
Burns and her husband, Eric, live in Ravena and have two sons, Austin and Brycen. A 1997 RCS graduate, she is employed in the Information Technology field as an IT Asset Management Analyst at the New York Independent System Operator.
Edward Bedinotti
Mr. Bedinotti and his wife, Lisa, live in Selkirk and have two children who are students of the district, Grace, and Ryan. He is currently the President and Chief Appraiser at Bedinotti Associates, Inc. and holds an Associate of Science Degree from Hudson Valley Community College, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Literature and Rhetoric from SUNY Binghamton. He also holds Senior Appraiser Designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
He has been active with the RCS Soccer Club as a Board Member, and as a coach for many years. Additionally, he served on various committees of The New York State Association of Realtors.
Michael Deyo
Mr. Deyo and his wife Amanda currently reside in Selkirk with their three children who attend RCS, Madison, Emma, and Lily. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economic Crime Investigation from Utica College, as well as a Juris Doctor Degree from Albany Law School.
He currently works as a Deputy Counsel for the New York State Police and is responsible for providing legal advice on a broad range of operational and policy issues. He is also a soccer coach for the RCS Soccer Club.
Bray Engel
A lifelong District resident and RCS class of 1988 graduate, Engel is employed as a teacher and coach at Averill Park High School. He and his wife, Sarah, have three children, Grace, Brady, and Charlie.
Tina Furst-Hotaling
Furst-Hotaling is a compliance coordinator with Northeast Career Planning, assisting individuals with disabilities. She graduated from Coxsackie-Athens and holds a degree in business administration from SUNY Cobleskill and a bachelor’s degree in human service administration from Empire College. She has been president and treasurer of the Pieter B. Coeymans PTO, treasurer of the Coeymans Hollow Ladies Auxiliary and has coached RCS Youth Soccer and Hudson Valley Little League. Furst-Hotaling and her husband, Ronald have three children, Savannah, Shane and Samuel.
William McFerran
McFerran graduated from Bethlehem High School and holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Springfield College. He is a project manager for the NYS Department of Health. He has been active in the A.W. Becker PTO, as a board member and manager of the Hudson Valley Little League and coached for RCS Youth Soccer, RCS basketball and Bethlehem Tomboys. He and his wife, Kim, have three children, Mollie, Jack, and Katie.
Jennifer Molino
Ms. Molino resides in Selkirk with her husband Brian and their two children who attend RCS, Kirsten, and Evan. A Bethlehem Central graduate, she holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education from SUNY New Paltz. She currently works as a Special Education preschool teacher with Capital District Beginnings.
She was the President of the AWB PTA for two years and is completing her second year as secretary. She is also an active member of the MS PTSO, as well as the District Communications Committee. Ms. Molino teaches Sunday School for 4th and 5th students at the Bethlehem Lutheran Church, where she is an active member.
Peter Ross
Ross is a resident of Feura Bush, where he lives with his wife and three children. He works as a teacher of technology education in the Averill Park Central School District. He is a graduate of Shaker High School, had a B.S. from Oswego State University, and a masters in education from Walden University.
