Synergy ParentVUE provides secure access for parents and guardians to view their child’s contact, attendance, discipline, and grade information as it is stored in our system. In addition, parents and guardians will be able to submit absence excuses and modify selected contact information.

Parents and guardians with rights to educational records will be allowed to create and access ParentVUE accounts.  Legal documentation must be provided to remove ParentVUE access for a parent/guardian. ParentVUE accounts should not be shared with students, as the account can be used to request edits, submit absence excuses, and send emails to staff in the account holder’s name.

Authorization for non-parent/guardian contacts to have access to ParentVUE will require the written approval of all parents and guardians who have the right to make educational decisions for the child.

All users will be required to accept the User Agreement before accessing ParentVUE.  Violation of these terms may result in discontinuation of ParentVUE access.  The full terms can be viewed at the end of this document.  Students in grades 6-12 have access to StudentVUE via their school Google accounts, which can be used to view grades, attendance, and schedule information.
