Artist of the Month is an RCS High School program that acknowledges an art student each month. The Artist of the Month is a student who comes to class each day excited to learn, participates in class, is dedicated to their projects, and takes pride in their craftsmanship.
Artist of the Month for September is Allison Kennedy!
Alli is currently enrolled in AP 2D Art and Design where she is focusing on her photography skills. Most recently she has been exploring repetition and how it can be used to emphasize ideas. Her attention to lighting and composition really makes her work stand out! Allison is also an active member of the National Art Honor Society. Last year she collaborated with 3rd grade students and did a wonderful job helping them with their drawing skills.
